Wild Blueberry Smoothie

Packed with antioxidants and vitamins, this smoothie is the perfect way to start your day.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp FruitMe Wild Blueberry Powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Method

  1. In a blender, add frozen blueberries, Blueberry Powder, Greek yoghurt, milk, FruitMe Wild Blueberry Powder, honey, chia seeds and vanilla extract
  2. Blend on high
  3. For a thicker texture, add ice cubes and blend
  4. Enjoy!
