Maqui Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Start your day with our optimal smoothie recipe. It has a perfect balance of protein, antioxidants, vitamins and dietary fibre to help you feeling great throughout the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tsp FruitMe Maqui Berry Powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • ¼ cup of rolled Oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 3 Walnut Kurnels
  • Vanilla Protein powder of choice
  • Ice cube (optional)

Method

  1. In a blender, add Banana, frozen blueberries, FruitMe Maqui berry Powder, Greek yoghurt, milk, oats, chia seeds, walnuts and protein powder.
  2. Blend on high for about 20 seconds.
  3. For a thicker texture, add ice cubes and blend
